ANYPAY verification preference (check

plan to accept ACH debit payments only from bank accounts that are verified
thru their ANYPAY users. (Recommended) We

their ANYPAY users. We are aware of the potential fraud risks but don't
expect any significant amount of fraud here. (Not acceptable for merchants
selling virtual products.)
ACH High Risk handling (check

do not consider ourselves HIGH RISK and will not accept the ACH
discount fee. Should we be rated HIGH RISK by the underwriters and be
required to pay the ACH discount fee, we will prefer not to proceed
with the ACH application. We consider ourselves HIGH RISK and agree to be charged
the ACH discount fee as stated in the enclosed application. We leave it up to the underwriters to consider us
HIGH RISK and will agree to be charged the ACH discount fee as stated
in the application if necessary. Should we not be rated HIGH RISK so
that the ACH discount fee is not required, we expect the underwriter
to zero (= .00%) this fee inside the enclosed application.
Security Deposit If
required, we are willing and able to provide a cash security deposit
