ANYPAY ACH Authorisation wording

This wording is used to obtain the authorisation required for EFT transactions. ANYPAY aks customers for this authoristation on behalf of it's merchants.

By checking this box and pressing "Process payment now" I authorize [merchant name] to debit / credit my below bank / financial institution account. I am an authorized signer on the account. I also agree that all details of this transaction including my financial account details will be disclosed to [merchant name].
(For US debits only:) Furthermore, if any such debit(s) should be returned NSF (Non Sufficient Funds), I authorize [merchant name] to collect such debit(s) plus a fee of up to $25 per returned item by electronic debit.
