ACH Application
Just like applying for credit or a credit card merchant account, applying
for ACH processing requires some paperwork. This page should help you
to prepare all documents.
You are making the application with our processor who is the leading
ACH processor. ANYPAY is their approved solution provider and can offer
special rates only available thru ANYPAY.
High Risk Businesses
Due to a potentially higher rate of chargebacks, some businesses are
considered "High Risk". A discount fee of at least 1% will
be applied to all debit transactions. Also, additional security instruments
like a security deposit (typically in the amount of 2 weeks total volume)
might be required by the ACH processor.
Examples for High Risk Businesses:
· Prepaid Telephone Calling Cards
· Adult Related Business
· Outbound Telemarketing
· Inbound Telemarketing
· Travel Industry
· Internet Gaming
· Dating Services
· New Businesses/Startups (Less than one (1) year)
· Phone Based Entertainment Services
· Debt Consolidation (Must have been in business at least one
year)
· Credit Repair (Must have been in business at least one year)
Whether or not your business is rated "High Risk" is entirely
up to the ACH processor. You will describe the products / services you're
offering. We recommend to give a realistic description and to be upfront
about any chargeback estimations / experiences you might have. You can
also take the opportunity and provide any info that might improve your
risk-rating with the processor, like credit card mrchant account statements
with few chargebacks or simply an explanation why you think your risk
is rather low. You should also mention that you accept only "Verified"
ANYPAY members (which is required for any virtual / non-mailorder business
anyway).
NSF
Collection / NSF Rebates
When a debited customer's account has Non Sufficient Funds (NSF), the
charge will be returned. You may opt to authorize the processor to re-present
the charge AND additionally collect a NSF fee with a seperate debit
transaction. This fee can be denominated by you with a minimum of $
10, up to the amount of the state allowable fee (depending on the US
state of the customer, typically $ 25). 40% of this fee will be paid
to you after collection.
We currently recommend to take advantage of that fee. In the future
however, ANYPAY will provide services that will better work around the
NSF problem and make the fee obsolete.
If you wish to have a fee collected, simply check
[ ] COLLECT $ _____ and fill in an amount between $ 10 and 25 .
If you wish to haver the maximum amount collected, just check the box
and leave the amount blank.
If you don't wish any NSF fee to be collected, check
[ ] DO NOT COLLECT...
